Although he looks a little raw, Hudson's healing is going well. Stiches came out in about 15 minutes today although it felt like forever. They also checked out his palate and said all looked really, really good. That was a relief after our bleeding episode this weekend.
As you can see from the pictures below he is returning to his silly self....I think he likes his new look!!!
He has started to say Ni Hao!! Isn't that funny? He never said this before and can even say the N!! Yeah!! Mark can't wait to hear him say "daddy" and I am sure that will come.
In a week we will start to apply his Silicone strips..should be interesting. The Dr. wants him to wear them 23 hours a day for 8 weeks and then massage his lip during that 24th hour. He still has swelling but everyday it gets better. Hopefully we will get a little more sleep with those nose plugs out!!!

We're so glad to hear Hudson is on the road to recovery. Another amazing journey! Aside from his surgery and all that goes with it, Hudson seems to be maturing since we saw him last. They sure change quickly at that age.
