For the past 8 eight years we have been going to San Antonio to the Hill Country Hyatt Resort for a CLE conference (continuing legal education). It has become one of our favorite summer things to do. They have a wonderful lazy river, golf course, sandy beach, sand and water vollyball, water basketball, smores at night, movies on the lawn, hay rides and many more kid activities. Of course we always take in the River Walk and some good Mexican!!
Last year I would watch the little kids on the sandy beach and just KNEW that next year we would have our little China sweetheart here this year. My week this year was a LOT less laying out....in fact, the book I brought to read never even got opened BUT it was awesome to share one of our favorite things with Hudson.
The bummer was Jordan didn't come with us this year. Soccer practice started Monday and he really couldn't miss a whole week. He flew in yesterday and we will meet up with him today at our friends in New Braunfels. Strange to have my 16 year old grown up enough to stay at home with a car and a two year old to chase around...life is always changing.

Hudson looks so good. What a cutie!! You life sounds so fun and full...kids feeling out all different points of life...what a fun adventure! We watched the opening ceremonies in China..so want to share all we can with our children about their repected contries!! Teri
